You can easily reset your own password.

1. Go to the log in page for Reqtest

2. Under the email address and password field you find a link to forgot password, click on that one.

3. Fill in your email address that is connected to your Reqtest account (usually your organization email) and click on reset password.

4. Go to your email inbox and follow the instructions.

Remember that the support at Reqtest can not create a new user, change your password or activate a user. If you need help with this you must contact one of your administrators.

As a Reqtest customer, you have your own senior advisor who you can contact for help with questions regarding the tool, your license or quality assurance in general. If you have a technical question or don’t know who your contact person is, you can always contact our support at support@reqtest.com.

In larger projects, there may be an advantage in hiding the Reqtest ID from the hierarchy levels and requirements in the hierarchy view.

You can choose to show or hide the Reqtest ID from the hierarchy levels and from requirements.

If you turn off the switch, the Reqtest ID will not be displayed in the requirements hierarchy levels.

Similarly, you can also hide the ID for requirements.
